At the heart of East Atlanta Family Law is Attorney Briana Sabataso, a compassionate, strategic, and dedicated advocate for families across all 159 counties in Georgia. Briana brings a unique combination of legal skill, communication expertise, and human-centered representation to every case she handles.

Briana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics with a minor in English from the University of Florida in 2018, a background that strengthens her ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and articulate her clients’ stories with precision and impact. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, where she also obtained a Certificate in Public Interest and Policy, solidifying her commitment to equity, accessibility, and service within the legal system. She has since developed a statewide family law practice focused on practical solutions, safety, and long-term stability for Georgia families.

Recognized as a 2026 Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers®, Briana is distinguished among the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state who have practiced for less than ten years. Her experience includes divorce, legitimation and parental rights establishment, custody and support modifications, contempt proceedings, and temporary protective orders.
